The Glasshouse Mountains Riding School is nestled near the foothills of the scenic Glasshouse Mountains, and 10 minutes from Australia Zoo. We offer quality horse riding instruction on a weekly basis or casual lessons and trail rides if you just want to  have a bit of fun.During the school holidays we offer either ½ day or full day camps.  The students will be allocated a pony/horse for the day. They will learn how to catch, lead, groom, saddle and bridle up, feed, etc..  just to name a few of the basic horsemanship we teach. Also included is either a 1 or 2 hr riding lesson, we have lots of fun with games and activities on horseback, there could even be a short trail ride.

We have a selection of ponies and horses suitable for the young or old. Whether you are a nervous beginner, or a confident, experienced rider, we have a variety of suitable schooled horses or ponies. Our classes cater for beginners right through to competent riders and teach from 4 year olds to Grandparents.

Riding Lessons

We teach flat work, jumping and sporting.Group sessions $33.00 per hour.Private Lessons $33 per half hour or $55.00 for one hour.We can supply helmet and boots but if you are planning regular lessons it is best to purchase your own.Bring refreshments as there is no canteen available.
