Maleny Arts and Crafts Group inc are holding their Mid-year Arts and Crafts Fair at the Maleny Community Centre from Friday 29 April thru to Monday 02 May.
The theme for this year’s event is Autumn, and the various groups within MACG have been letting their imaginations fly creating exciting wares all in brilliant colours and different styles. Homewares and gift items for sale include pottery, paintings, sewn items, preserves, quilting and woodwork - just in time for those Mothers’ Day presents.
MACG also has a raffle running and the prize this year – just in time for the winter chills – is a queen sized quilt and bed accessories in bright Autumn colours. The quilt can be viewed at the MACG Gallery at 38 Maple Street and the winning ticket will be drawn at noon on Monday 02 May.
Entry to the Fair is free and doors will be open from 9am to 4pm each day.
