Back to the Ballroom Dance

It's time to chase away the winter chills!. So, come to a "Back to the Ballroom" Dance on Saturday 10th July at the Kawana Community Centre, Nanyima St., Buddina, starting at 7.30pm.

At this dance, The Sunshine Coast Concert Band (SCCB) under the baton of Music Director Ken Chadwick OAM, will delight their dancing and listening audience with mainly 50s and 60s tunes, with a dance emphasis on quiicksteps, waltzes, foxtrots, a few Pride of Erins and Barn Dances, and of course the very popular rock 'n roll.

Tables for a party of up to 12 people are just $120 if they are pre-paid, or Individual bookings or entry at the door will be $15 per person.

Prizes will be given for the best appropriately dressed individuals, so please "Dress to Impress".

It's BYO drinks and glasses, nibbles and then party the night away!

Dance Tickets will also be available at the SCCB's "Musical Memories" concert on Sunday 27th June at 2pm in the Caloundra Uniting Church, cnr. Queen & Ulm Sts., Caloundra. Admission is $10 which includes afternoon tea, and all proceeds from this concert will be for the Cittamani hospice.
