To ensure only premium fresh seafood reaches its customers, Pt Cartwright Seafood Market has its own trawlers, reef and net fisherman as well as crabbers working on a daily basis to ensure constant fresh seafood supply.

Displayed in the shop are large salt water tanks, designed to hold live crabs, this allows us to not only sell live crabs but also cook crabs on a daily basis to maintain quality.

Once selected, our professional staff will clean and fillet fish and crabs for you free of charge to enable you to enjoy the sunshine coasts freshest seafood with minimal fuss.

Fresh seafood platters made to any chosen value can be put together for those special occasions, or for when you simply want to relax and enjoy great seafood.

Our fresh seafood selection includes:

Prawns: A selection of fresh local small, medium and large cooked prawns. Green (raw) large and headless prawns

Oysters: Large and small coffin bay oysters - opened daily by our own openers

Crabs: mud crabs sandcrabs spanner crabs - available live or cooked

Bugs: (cooked or green) Moreton bay bugs

Live black mussels: Whole Reef and Estuary Fish

Fresh fish fillets: filleted and deboned on a daily basis
