And every dish is perfectly matched to both wine and beer by The Tamarind's sommelier, so toasting your delicious meal is always a pleasure.

The Tamarind's chef, Paul Blain, worked at the famous Darley St Thai in Sydney, before establishing Chilli Jam Cafe in Noosa. Having travelled, experienced, absorbed and lived the Thai lifestyle, he now wants to share his knowledge with you in the beautiful surrounds of Spicers Tamarind.
